![]() Wearing wet suits we carried out canoes down to the water and played lots of games on the river including canoe rugby. The first group went over to Glasbury on Wye to do canoeing on the Wye whilst the other did riding. Saturday morning began with one of Pete Aylott’s famous cooked breakfasts and we split into two groups for the different activities. Plenty of hot dogs and hot chocolate finished of the evening and the Cubs we quickly asleep after the long journey. ![]() All the Cubs went for a walk through the town to find the Cathedral although the park we hoped to find was a bit steeper than we imagined! We arrived at the hall where we were staying about 8.30 and quickly settled in. The weekend started at the end of term with the 17 young scouts and 7 Leaders travelling to Brecon by minibus on the Friday night. ![]() Monday Cubs (and some extra Cubs from Tuesdays and one scout) had fun this Easter in the Brecon Beacons. ![]()
